What kinds of sales positions do you fill?

What industries do you recruit for?
Pretty much any and every - you name the industry, and we've recruited for it. This includes marketing & advertising, IT, printing, industrial, software, automotive, retail, and more.
Do you work for staffing agencies and other recruiting firms?
Yes - in fact, given our extremely low rates, we are considered "wholesale recruiters" by many in the industry.
How long does it take to find a rep?
Our recruiting process takes about a week or so.
Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes - if we are unable to find you a rep that meets your standards, we will refund 100% of our fees.
If we need to hire for the same position on a regular basis, can we set things up to run each month?
What is a common performance-based compensation plan for a telemarketing rep who is doing lead generation?
The most typical compensation plans are pay-per-lead, or "base-plus-bonus" per lead. In most cases, reps are paid an hourly rate for the first week or two. A performance-based pay-rate is then established. The goal is for a SUPERSTAR rep to make $20+ per hour - TOTAL compensation.
